Tips for First-Time Visitors
Welcome to our fitness studio! We’re thrilled to have you join us for your first Pilates, Barre, or Cardio class. To ensure you have the best experience, here are a few tips:
Arrive Early
Get here 5-10 minutes before class to familiarize yourself with the studio, meet your instructor, and get settled in. Running late? No worries—quietly join the session when you arrive.
Dress Comfortably
Wear workout clothes that allow you to move freely. Grip socks are recommended for Pilates and Barre, and athletic shoes are required for strength training classes.
Stay Hydrated
Bring a water bottle to stay refreshed during your workout, or take advantage of our water stations.
